It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra (Debbie) Sue Percival of Olathe, Colorado, born in Delta, Colorado, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Jack" Shipley and Dorothy Shipley (Hiler). She is survived by: her husband Joe Percival; her brothers, Virgil Shipley, Wesley Shipley and Dennis Shipley; her daughters, Jennifer Ahlberg (Cesar Hernandez), Rebecca Spencer, Claudia St. Peter (Aaron) and Shannon Carmack (Bill); and her grandchildren, Kaley, Triston, Alesha, Angel, Jae, Abi, Morgan, Kaitlin, Jack, Bree and Beau.
