She was predeceased by: her husbands, Raymond and Durward; her sons, John Brockelman and James Brockelman; her son-in-law Joe Duke of Junction City; her parents, John Carr and Hazel Carr; and her brother Johnny.

She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Duke of Junction City, Sheila Whitener of Grand Junction, CO., Jacquie Kelln (Dwight) of Montrose, CO., Kimberly Brockelman of Olathe, CO. and Rodney Brockelman (Roxie) of Strasburg, CO.; and her sister Mary Aldrich of Tina. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
