He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Flanagan (Bud) and Sue Flanagan (O'Toole); and his sister Patsy. He is survived by: his wife Pauline; and his children, Kathleen Albin (Tim) of Wright, Wyoming, Sharon Flanagan of Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Mike Flanagan (Tara) of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
