He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jensen and Jessie Jensen (Davis). He is survived by: his former wife Renee Banks; his stepsons, Chance and Corey Jensen; his granddaughter Emily Jensen; and his siblings, Bernice White, Mike and Jim Jensen.
