She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Church and Alyce Church; and her children, Evelyn McNamara, Carol Price and Tom Price.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Fuqua of Commerce City; her grandchildren, Robert McNamara (Debbie) of Littleton, Chris Kern (Jim) of Littleton, Paul Price (Sherrie) of Goshen, Kari Vaughan (Russell) of Lakewood and Faith Rau (Scott) of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Jeremy, Zach and Andrew.
