He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Foster and Nesta Foster; his former wife Carole Burnside-Foster; his wife Patricia Hlavaty; his children, Roger Foster, Gerald Foster (Jerry) of Lafayette, Janet Foster of Northglenn, Colorado. and Thomas Foster; and his stepson Richard Hlavaty (Penny) of Northglenn, Colorado.. He was also cherished by his sons and daughter.
Floyd's youngest son Thomas Foster died in 2021 from COVID.
