He was predeceased by: his parent Belle Padilla; and his son Charles (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Vevalee (Vee); his daughter Julie; his granddaughters, Savanah, Maria, Christina and Lilly; his children, Lainey, Talon and Remy; his sisters, Mickey, Dorma and Vicki; and his child Chuckie.

Donations can be made to Catholic Charities or Wounded Warriors.
