He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Bell and Dorothy Bell (Henander); his wife Kathi Bell; his pet J. J. of New Raymer; his daughter Erin Pounds-Bell (Neal Bullard) of Brush; his granddaughter Natalie; his siblings, Chris Bell of Fort Morgan and Sandy; his friend Grand Junction; his brother Robert Bell; and his father-in-law Elmer Miller. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Steven Bell Memorial Fund, care of Tennant Funeral Home, PO Box 1547, Sterling, CO 80751.
