He was predeceased by: his father Howard Neff; and his children, Joshua Pershing Neff and Hillary Lynn Turner. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Grondahl; his siblings, Marsha Lili and Tom Neff (Carol); the mother of his children Jo Ann Wilkinson; his children, Stephanie Oelze (Michael), Jodie Walko (Cary), Zachary Neff (Angela) and Megan Hennington (Eric); and his grandchildren, Cameron Neff-Turner (Kate), Macey Westbrook, Aiden O'Donnell, Joshua Westbrook, Foster Neff-Turner, Alexis Westbrook, Sidney Westbrook, Eden Oelze, Jaxson Hennington, Hudson Walko and Caleb Hennington.
