He is survived by: his wife Charlsey Jean Neal of Glenwood Springs, Colorado; his children, Kevin Blaine Ward (Kelly) of Glenwood Springs, Colorado and Samantha Jean Shrull (Jim) of New Castle, Colorado; his sister Dimetra Curtis of Oxnard, California; his grandchildren, Jessica Cerise (Justin), Krista Ward, Joseph Cerise (Ashley) and Kolter Ward; and his great grandchildren, Tenley and Italia Cerise.
