She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Beecher Dent and Iva Jane Dent (Allen); and her siblings, Leona Whinery, Pauline Drisdell, Genevieve Nicholson and Everett Dent.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert Allen White; her husband James Hathaway; and her children, Judith (Joe Roberts), Ronald (Shirley White) and Stephen (Sylvia White). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to be made to American Diabetes Association or Johnson Endowment Fund/Education/Martin & Osa Johnson Safari Museum in Chanute and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
