He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Blackistone Hughes. He is survived by: his daughter Jenny Hughes Gordon; his son-in-law Andrew Gordon; his daughter Megan Hughes Cicale; his grandchild Seraphina; his friend Bill W.; his brother Gerry Hughes (Jill Hughes); his sister-in-law Myra Hughes (late Gordon Hughes); and his nephew Gordon Hughes Jr. Due.
Thomas Mifflin (Tom) Hughes died peacefully on the evening of April 13, 2020 following complications caused by COVID-19.
