He is survived by: his parents, Sam Sickels and Mindy Sickels of Naturita, CO; his brothers, Ty Sickels of Olathe, CO and Tray Sickels of Clifton, CO; his grandparents, Donnie, Helen Butt of Egnar, CO, Jerry, Janet Sickels of Naturita, Carl and Linda Kelly of Cedar City, UT; and his aunts and uncles, Donnie Sickels, Jerry Lee Sickels (Misty) of Naturita, CO, Miracle Sickels of Norwood, Karl Jeffries-Posner (David) of Amherst, MA, Monica Imel (Rick) of Gilbert, AZ, Clint Kelly (Julie) of Cedar City, UT and Trent Kelly (Devey). He is also survived by many cousins, and countless friends.
