He was predeceased by: his sisters, Alice and Ellen. He is survived by: his wife Carla Holder; his sons, Michael Tofflemoyer (Stephanie) of Murray, Mark Tofflemoyer of Olathe and Matthew Tofflemoyer (Christy) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.; his brother Richard Tofflemoyer of Montrose; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Ty and Wyatt.
