He is survived by: his wife Billie; his sons, Joshua (Katie) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Olivia and Samuel; his brothers, Mike, Pat (Carol) and Tim (Sharon); his niece Kristi; his nephews, Michael, Philip, Russell, Jim and John; and his siblings-in-law, Pam, Sheree Kuhn and Dean Berggren.
