He is survived by: his wife Reta Thieme; his daughters, Teresa Moore and Jennifer McCollom; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Ryan, Oscar and Winston; and his siblings, Vickie Spate, Pat Graham and Jim Thieme. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, and their spouses.
