He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Kelley; his daughter Heather M. Kelley of Manhattan Beach; his siblings, Susan Millis of East Greenwich, RI and David Kelley of Southington; his brother-in-law Ralph Santoro; and his granddaughters, Samantha Marie Kelley and Darby Hill Kelley of Denver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made, in Sam's memory, to the Disabled American Veterans Charity.
