He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Johnson; his grandchildren, Maddi Wesselink and Aidan Johnson; his girlfriend Christine Hall; and his siblings, Paul Francis, Gary Blair, Norman Blair and Marilyn Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
