He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathryn Lee Schulthess; his brother Ulrich of Stuttgart, Germany; his daughters, Stephanie Schulthess McMillian, Jennifer Wilson (Brian) and His; his grandchildren, Emily, Marc, Jenna, Ian and Wyatt; and his parents, Sofie Schulthess and Siegfried Schulthess.

In lieu of flowers, the family wish that donations be made to Pikes Peak Palliative and Hospice Care, 2550 Tenderfoot Hill Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
