She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burch and Mabel Burch (Janes); and her brother Steven Burch. She is survived by: her husband Roger Kuhlmann May; her children, Kristin Kuhlmann, Kevin Kuhlmann, Margo Kuhlmann Kelly and Alyssa Kuhlmann; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Forrest, Lucas Kuhlmann, Ryan Conner, Mason and Tatum Kelly; her sister Debbie Mathews; and her brother-in-law Neil Wackermann.
In lieu of flowers Lu would love donations made out to her church. Donations may be made with a note or checks written out to First Church of Christ Scientist on the memo line please indicate "In memory of Lu Kuhlmann.".
