She is survived by: her husband Colonel Fred; her sons, Henry Henley of Michael DeGroot and Doctor Daniel Henley of Michael DeGroot; and her grandchildren, Kate Henley, Chris Henley, Ryan Henley and Sean Henley.

Jeannine DeGroot, born in Bar sur Aube, France in 1933, passed away June 5, 2018 at New Dawn Memory Care after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
