He is survived by: his sons, Donald Gritters (Margaret) and Edward Gritters (Karie); his grandchildren, Jason Gritters (Erika), Kevin Gritters (Andrea), Katie Birlson (Keith) of Highlands Ranch, Kacey Gritters, Molly Eyer (Jordan) of Colorado Springs and Emily Gritters of Fort Collins, Colorado.; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Holden Gritters (Jason), Holly, Cole Gritters (Kevin), Eli Birlson, Noah, Charlotte and Henry Eyer (Molly).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary (7777 W 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
