She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Czajkowski (Danny). She is survived by: her children, Dale (Jill Czajkowski), Lynn (Carl White, Jr.), Sharon Czajkowski of Monument, CO and Gary (Margaret Czajkowski); her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Trevor, Zachary, Ellese, Kyle, Melanie, Matthew, Stephanie, Brian and Christina; and her brothers, Thomas Cunningham of Geneva, NY, Twins, Robert and Richard Cunningham of Seneca Falls, NY.
