He is survived by: his spouse Gerrie Pittman; his grandson Cody; his children, Kristina Gass (Randy) of Butler, OK, Cody Hollingshead (Bailie) of Piedmont, OK and Derrek Duncan of Portland, OR.; and his siblings, Jerry Hollingshead (Judy) of Montrose, CO, Kent Hollingshead (Dede) of Aledo, TX and Kelly Ray (Aaron) of Montrose, CO.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, a large extended family, and many friends.
