The memory of Sadie Marie Vialpando of Montrose, Colorado, who passed away on March 8, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margarito Salazar and Matilda Salazar; her husband Joe Toby Vialpando; and her children, Toby, Joe Ernie, Daniel, Lorrine, Martha and Guadalupe.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Thaut (Darrin), Rose Tripp (Frank), Alice Gonzales (Carl), Geraldine Poland (Bryan), Margarito Vialpando (Dina) and Rosella Cadena (Ricardo). She is also survived by her 131 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren, along with numerous extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crippin Funeral Home (802 E Main St, Montrose, CO 81401). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at the Valley Lawn Cemetery (18070 US-550, Montrose, CO 81403).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crystal Vialpando or Daniel Vialpando.
