She was predeceased by: her parents, Margarito Salazar and Matilda Salazar; her husband Joe Toby Vialpando; and her children, Toby, Joe Ernie, Daniel, Lorrine, Martha and Guadalupe.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Thaut (Darrin), Rose Tripp (Frank), Alice Gonzales (Carl), Geraldine Poland (Bryan), Margarito Vialpando (Dina) and Rosella Cadena (Ricardo). She is also survived by her 131 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren, along with numerous extended family.
