He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Floyd and Dolores Floyd; his grandparents, Wyatt and Addie Lee Jennings; his son-in-law Jonathan Monasco; and his in-laws, Don and Alice Karr.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Melinda Monasco, Amanda (Daniel Petrovic) and Catherine (David Ronderos); his grandchildren, Lauren Monasco and Collin Ronderos; his sister Charlene (Kent Worley); and his sister-in-law Linda (Scott Chisholm). He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to AdventHealth Porter Foundation for the Center for Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy.
