He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hayes; his children, Cheryl Reed (Dan), Jim Hayes (Karen), Shelly Miller (Bob) and Nicole Cruz; and his brother Merle Hayes (Debbie). He is also survived by Eleven Grandchildren, Fifteen Great-Grandchildren, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
