He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Charles Stevens, Sr. (Dick) and Mary Elizabeth Mulholland (Bettie); his brother Larry Stevens (Wency); his aunt Margaret Steger; his uncle Sonny Steger; and his son-in-law Randy Nicolas.
He is survived by: his spouse Glee; his children, Sean Stevens (Autumn), Patrick Stevens (Kelsey), Kelle Wilson (Dale), Cristen Nickolaus (Phil) and Breena Humble (Garrett); his brother John Stevens (Dorothy); and his grandchildren, Taylor Burnet, Sierra Wilson, Reilly Jensen (Coltan), Grady Nickolaus, Krooklyn Nicolas, Paisley Nicolas, Hayes Humble, Ivah Bacus, Faye Stevens and Lucile Anne Jensen.
