She is survived by: her mother Leona Werner (Chandler) of Chanute; her husband Scott Jeffrey; her children, Andrea Jeffrey of Cleveland, OH, Kevin Jeffrey of Abilene, KS and Christopher Jeffrey of Denver, CO; her brother Martin "Marty" Werner (Stacy); and also, Gerry, Sharon Jeffrey, Kristal Forrester (Wil), Nolan Werner and Hana Forrester.
