She was predeceased by: her father Eldridge Chubbuck; her husband Neil Maskus; her son Keith Maskus; her grandson Garrett Maskus; her mother Viola Chubbuck Larson (Davis); her brothers, Raymond Chubbuck and Ken Chubbuck; her siblings-in-law, Lorene Spohr, Herb Spohr, Noble Maskus, Milton Maskus, Bob Willoughby and Leroy Johnson; and also Jim Larson.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Ewing (Gene) of Commerce City, CO; her grandchildren, Karilyn Surratt (Troy) of Aurora, CO and Brad Ewing (Allison) of Spring, TX.; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Surratt, Abby Ewing and Jackson Ewing; her son Gary Maskus (Melody) of Olathe, CO; her grandchildren, Carissa Maskus of Eudora, KS and Grant Maskus (Maddy) of Milliken, CO.; her sisters, Dorothy Engel (Bill) of Limon, CO, Kay Willoughby of Denver, CO, Kary Martin of Vidor, TX and Wilda; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Freeman (Don) of Colorado Springs, CO, Francis Maskus of Karval, CO and Patricia Chubbuck. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
She also joined the RSVP chapter in Flagler (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) and was a very active member serving her community and volunteering at the Flagler Senior Center.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be sent to the Flagler Senior Center, Flagler, CO.
