He is survived by: his wife Janet Sybert Derfler; his children, Dana Johannessen Altomari, Cheri Bailey (Jesse), Emily Johannessen Basarir (Askin) and Todd Johannessen (Karen); his brother Gene Huber (Nancy); his brother-in-law Norman Sybert; and his grandchildren, Noelle Andresen Flythe (Randy), Autumn Johannessen, Adrieanna Derfler, Chelsea Jamison, Brandon Altomari, Zachary Flester and Tyler Flester. He is also survived by 3 great granddaughters and 2 great grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
