It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Martinez (Monte Vista, Colorado), who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Martinez and Gloria Medina Martinez; his birth mother Mercy Martinez-Duran; and his mother-in-law Perfelia Trujillo. He is survived by: his wife Annette Trujillo of Center, CO; his sons, Walter Martinez Jr. (Esmeralda) of Oceanside, CA and Eric Martinez (Monica) of Jacksonville, NC; his grandson Jeremiah Martinez of Oceanside, CA; his siblings, Michael Martinez (Geraldine) of Center, CO and Charlene Duran of Center, CO; and his father-in-law Alfonso Trujillo of Manzanola, CO.. He is also survived by many brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
