He was predeceased by: his brother Charles (Chike). He is survived by: his sons, Casey (Doug), Kirby (Pam) and Corky (Paula); his wife Darla; his grandchildren, Colby, Kaylie, Bodhi and Lila; and his siblings, Bill (Peggy) and Beatrice. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
