He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bilak and Clara Bilak (Sadowsky); his son David; his granddaughter Anneliese; his former wife Vicki Eileen Kramer; and his brother Rick.

He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen (Browning); his sister Marcia Bilak; and his grandchildren, Laura and Ben.
