Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gene Smith of Monte Vista, Colorado, born in Healy, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 88, on December 9, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Lola Thirwell Smith; and his sons, Christopher Smith and Patrick Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pat Smith of Monte Vista, CO; and his children, Debbie LeBleu (Donald) of Berthoud, CO, John T. Smith of Las Vegas, Beth Keck (Jeff) of Monte Vista, CO and Lori Flint (Bill) of Divide, CO. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
