It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Maestas (Monte Vista, Colorado), born in Del Norte, Colorado, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Lu Maestas; her nephew Mark; and her uncle Louis. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Devyn Carter (Garett) and Jacob; her parents, Louie Velasquez and Rose Velasquez; her father-in-law Willie Maestas; and her siblings, Lorenzo Velasquez (Michelle), Leslie Pawlik (Seth) and Brandon Velasquez (Stacy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Due to public health guidelines the church requires masks and will limit the amount of attendance to maintain social distancing standards.
