He was predeceased by: his parents, Serapio Heredia and Arcadia Rojas Heredia; and his siblings, Ignacia Solis, Evangelina Corral, Ofelia Heredia and Edmundo Heredia.
He is survived by: his wife Elisamaria Heredia; his children, Tabitha Valdez (Michael) of Monte Vista, CO and Abelardo M. Heredia (Hiedi) of Monte Vista, CO; his grandchildren, Monique Palacios (Luis), Michael Valdez, Aaron Heredia, Adam Heredia (Shaylyn), Abbey Heredia, Anisha Heredia (Jose), Kodi A. Heredia and Amber Miller; and his brothers, Fidencio Heredia (Julia) of Monte Vista, CO, Mariano Heredia (Rita) of Alamosa, CO, Serapio Heredia of Alamosa, CO and Henry Heredia (Pat) of Monte Vista, CO.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
