He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Keane Weaver and Samuel J Weaver; his wife Carol Ann Jack; his daughter Carla; his brothers, Jack Weaver and Ed Weaver; and his daughter-in-law Laura Weaver.

He is survived by: his children, Carolyn, Kenneth, Sidney, Rebecca, David Faucette of Sanford, CO, Kenny Weaver of Moffat, CO, Sid Weaver of Moffat, CO, Sammy Weaver of Moffat, CO, Becky and Kevin Neese of Bancroft, ID; his grandchildren, Jeremy and Melissa Faucette of Sanford; his great grandchildren, JD, Makynlee, Justin and Jaxen; his grandchildren, Brittany and Nic Gilleland of Manassa; his great grandchildren, Durant, Shandon, Taysha and Hayslie; his grandchildren, Brandi and Tyson Gilleland of Sanford; his great grandchildren, Emeri, Brayton, Lydia, Gavin and Trevin; his grandchildren, Brooke and Brady Barney of Sanford; his great grandchildren, Kya, Braxton and Kambria; his grandchildren, Morgan and Jake Evans of Bancroft, ID; his great grandchild Luke; his grandchildren, Kendra and Austin Vance of McCammon, ID; his great grandchild Caroline; his grandchildren, Jacob Neese of McCammon, ID and Kimberley Neese of Bancroft, ID; his great grandchild Kyrie; his sister Mabel Hansen of Las Animas, CO; his brother-in-law Bob (Beverley Jack); and also, Robert and Ruby Jack.
