He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Wursten and Sterling Cook; and his brother Joseph Cook. He is survived by: his brothers, Rodney Cook (Tammy) and John Cook (Rosemarie Cook); and his children, Rosaly Coombs (Roger), Andrew Banks (Jason) and Christopher Cook (Dawnell). He is also survived by his 12 Grandchildren and one Great-grandson.
