He is survived by: his girlfriend Michelle Hall; his son Heath Koldeway (Nicole); his grandson Carter; his great grandchild Sonya Rasmussen (Nathan); his siblings, Phil, Donald, Joe, Matt, David, Theresa, Carol, Kathy and Mary; and also, Augustus, Amber Rollins (Trip), Baylie, Tanner and Alyssa.
