He was predeceased by: his sister Lesly Chacon. He is survived by: his parents, Javier Chacon and Maria G. Chacon (Talamantes); his sons, Javier Jesus Chacon and Xzavian D'Aviel Chacon; his sister Karely Chacon of McClave, CO; and his grandparents, Imael, Evangelina Garcia of Wiley, CO, Felipe and Rosa Chacon of Chihuahua, MX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
