It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fredrick G. Heckman of McClave, Colorado, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhard Fredrick and Reba Heckman (Loer); and his wife Caryol Heckman. He is survived by: his children, Burt White Heckman (Laura) of McClave, CO, Von Heckman (Isabel) of Colorado Springs, CO and JoLeyne Friederichs (Hans) of Wiley; his grandchildren, Austin Friederichs (Julie), Jake Friederichs, Lange White Heckman (Erin), Chad White Heckman (Breanna), Derek White Heckman (Kalias), Jillian Heckman (Nolan), Garrett Heckman (Marisa) and Ian Heckman (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Parker, Thade Friederichs, Emory Friederichs and Cora White Heckman; and his sister Dorothy Culpepper of Farmington, NM. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Young Life of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Youth with a Mission of Colorado Springs and/or the Lamar Presbyterian Church either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
