She is survived by: her son Sammy Joe Jr. (Roberta); her husband Sam; her daughter Debbie; her grandsons, Jared and Mitchell; her stepdaughter Consuelo; her stepgrandchildren, Elicia (Dante) and Dominic; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kiana and Mila; and her niece Judy Segal (Wanda) of Scott City.
Contributions in Wanda's memory may be made to Hospice in lieu of flowers.
