She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Valdez and Tillie Valdez (Garcia); her husband Rolland Neff; and her brothers, Paul and Ricardo Valdez.
She is survived by: her children, Jim, Richard and Heather; her sister Joanne Summerville (Jim); her children, Kathy, Laura and Robert; her nephews, James and John Paul; her niece Jennifer of Raton; and her close friend Bill. She is also survived by her family and friends.
