She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph George and Fatnah "Esther" Koory Shabouh; and her sister Gloria Lees. She is survived by: her daughter Kristine Mathieu (Grant) of Lakewood; and her sisters, Diana Shabouh of Colorado Springs and Joyce Cann of Colorado Springs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and God children.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
