It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfreda Margaret Licklider of Manitou Springs, Colorado, born in Kinsley, Kansas, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hirsh and Josephine Hirsh (Schmitt); her husband Beecher; and her siblings, Victor, Donald, Clarence, Theresa, Mildred and Christine.
She is survived by: her brother Paul; and her stepsons, Dave Licklider of Wake Forest and Bob Licklider of Shelton, Washington..
Alfreda was a devoted member of her church, attending daily Mass for most of her life in Colorado Springs, and generously donating her time to the church.
