She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Balfour and Dorothy Balfour (Penwell); her husband R. Neil Hall; her daughter Lori M. Newby; and her granddaughter Megan Newby.
She is survived by: her sons, Gay B Hall (Stacey) of Cortez, Colorado and Michael C. Hall (Tammy) of Cortez, Colorado; her brothers, Kenneth Balfour (Judy) of Ajo and Gay Balfour (Judy) of Cortez, Colorado; her grandchildren, Kye Hall (Tiffany) of Montrose, Michael Hall (Kristi) of Cortez, Jason Hall (Jaclyn) of Cortez, Garen Wayman (Jason) of Cortez, Devin Newby (Erika) of Denver and Colette Wyatt (Jarrod) of Cortez, Colorado; and her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Hall, Kaiden Wyatt, Kyler Wyatt, Trey Hall, Raya Hall, Jalen Hall, Kale Hall, Makayla Wayman, Kail Wayman, Mekhi Wayman, Nya Wayman, Jadyn Hall, Emry Hall and Sage Hall. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
