He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Rogers of Mancos and Stephanie Rogers Johnson (Lee) of Seattle, WA; his grandson Alexander Johnson of Seattle, WA; and his sisters, Cathy Shields of Hayward, CA and Daisy Collins of Cortez, CO..
