She was predeceased by: her parents, Esquipula Sanchez and Lupita Valdez Sanchez; her husband Francisco "Frank" Anselmo Ortiz; her children, Lita Delgado and Frank Ortiz III; her siblings, Felix Sanchez, Manuel Sanchez, Lee Sanchez, Esquipula Sanchez, Jr., Jess Sanchez, Esperanza Lujan (Epie) and Fannie Dominguez; and her sons-in-law, Moises Alex Gallegos and Adrian Delgado.

She is survived by: her children, Mercy Ann Gallegos of Albuquerque, N. M., Carlos Ortiz (Charlene) of Alamosa, CO, Linda Sisneros (Rudy) of Denver, CO, Loretta Sandoval (Rodney) of Manassa, CO, Mary Jane Atencio (Alex) of Manassa, CO, Helen Abeyta (Ernest) of Manassa, CO, Christina Gonzales of Denver, CO, Lisa Ortiz (Jeff Lucero) of Manassa and Joe Ortiz (Antoinette) of Manassa, CO; and her daughter-in-law Cecilia Ortiz. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
