He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Woodring and Rutha Woodring (Cornelison); and his siblings, Floy Woodring, Margaret, Colleen and Francis.

He is survived by: his former wife Lillian Mabel Pacheco (Love); his wife Judy Lift; his children, Don Woodring of Pueblo, Milo Woodring of Colorado Springs, Lee Woodring of Canon City, David Woodring of Grand Junction, Darrell Pacheco of Mack, Connie Lovelace of Grand Junction and Jackie Goodman of Montrose; and his brothers, Alfred Carbo Woodring (Yolanda) of Corpus Christi and Malton "Woody" Woodring (Helen) of Rifle. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
